We got excited in 2024!

Prices below include four nights lodging, three meals a day, and all program (commuter tickets excepted – see details below).

We have many choices for lodging, from more expensive private options, to still-charming but affordable share accommodations. You will see prices and options below. Options are available only as long as they last.

2024 Lodging Options

Ghost Ranch is an older facility with a wide variety of options, from new motel-like rooms, to charming historic casitas. Before making your choice, go to our Lodging Page for many more important details about each rooming choice.

Single Room, Private Bath A single room, private bathroom.
Single Room, Semi-Private Bath A single room, bathroom shared with one other person who is in an adjoining room.
Single Room, Communal Bath A single room, communal bathroom outside.
Double Room, Private Bath Two beds, private bathroom.
Double Room, Communal Bath Two beds, communal bathroom outside.
Campsite A prepared campsite ground for RVs or tents with access to enclosed showers and toilets.
Commuter Three meals a day, no lodging.

A Note about Doubles: If you choose a double, whether with a Private Bath or with Communal Baths, we encourage you to do so with a preferred roommate. If you do not have one, we will endeavor to match you with someone. However, if we are unable to find a roommate for you, we will ask you to choose one of the other lodging options. NOTE: Purchasing one double room ticket does NOT reserve the other bed for the person of your choice; beds in double rooms run out, too! To guarantee the roommate of your choice, register together or separately on the same day, noting your preference.

Installment Option

You can either pay in full when you register or, to help make the cost easier, pay in two installments, one half now and one half by March 19th. There is no extra fee for paying in installments. This option is available only for registrations purchased through March 1st. After that, the installment option is not available, and new registrations must be paid in full at time of registration.

If you wish to pay in two installments, choose the “PAY IN INSTALLMENTS” option, below. You will be prompted to pay one half of the total amount of your chosen ticket. Around March 1st, you will receive a communication from us with a link to pay the second half. It is due by March 19th. Late second installment payments will be charged a $25 late fee.

Support a Sustainable Event!

Having in-person events is precious and irreplaceable, but we understand that by encouraging travel to the Intensive, we are contributing to our climate crisis. It’s not an easy balance. Nonetheless, we invite all participants to consider offsetting their travel by donating to the Well Done Foundation, which works to plug orphaned and abandoned oil wells throughout the western United States, including New Mexico. In addition, we will donate enough funds to remove 7 tons of emissions for each participant. We encourage you to partner with us! Learn more and offset your travel at the Well Done Foundation.

Registration will open October 9th!
