Refund Policy

We understand sometimes life changes! And, every participant registration involves fees and other costs, including, as we get closer to the event, minimum payments per registration to our venue. We aim to be generous with our refunds while caring for the financial health of our event.

Through February 28th	Full refund minus an $75 administrative fee
March 1st – March 30th	Full refund minus a $175 administrative fee
April 1st – April 30th	50% refund
After April or No Show	No refund

Registrations are transferable without penalty.
