COVID-19 Policy

2025 COVID-19 Policy

It’s important to have clear guidelines for all participants. The below policies are in accord with CDC guidelines, state and county public health regulations, and our venue policies.

Vaccination: We strongly encourage everyone to receive an updated COVID vaccine. Your intensive faculty and staff, and venue staff, are themselves all vaccinated.

Testing: Participants are also encouraged to test themselves before leaving from their location. We ask everyone to do so if you’ve recently been exposed, or you are feeling any cold- or flu-like symptoms.

Symptoms: If a registrant tests positive in the week preceding the event, or has a known exposure, or has symptoms of COVID, flu or cold in the days right before the event, they are asked to contact us immediately. If a participant has symptoms and tests positive while on-site, our venue asks the person to stay in their lodgings, and for our event leaders to provide for their needs for the rest of their stay.  Our venue does not offer refunds.

Masking & Location: We will be meeting indoors, in close quarters. Masks are not required, but registrants may wear one if they wish. We will not be social distancing.

Respect: We ask all registrants to respect these guidelines and each other during our days together.

Questions: If these policies still leave you with unanswered questions, please let us know. Send inquiries to our administrator.
